Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding agreement to use the Service. If you are a minor in your place of residence, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate details and keep them up to date. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Enter false scores or results, cheat, or manipulate standings;
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players or organizers;
• Access another person’s account or attempt to disrupt the Service;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

4. Events, scoring & prizes

The Service is used to register for events, record scores, and produce leaderboards and brackets. Organizers and administrators may review, correct, or finalize results, and their decisions on scoring, standings, and event rules are final. Any entry fees, prizes, or event-specific rules are set out by the organizer for each event and are not part of these Terms. Six Feats is provided for recreational competition only.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its name, design, and content we provide, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may use it only as permitted by these Terms. Content you submit (such as your username and scores) remains yours, but you grant us permission to store and display it as needed to operate the Service.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores and standings will always be accurate.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that disrupt an event or other players. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
