Six Feats

Privacy Policy

Last updated September 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Six Feats (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Six Feats (the “Service”). We aim to collect only what we need to run events and keep your account working.

Information we collect

  • Account details — your name, username, email address, and (optionally) a mobile number. Your password is stored only as a secure one-way hash; we never see or store it in plain text.
  • Gameplay data — the events you register for, the scores you enter, match results, and the standings they produce.
  • Preferences — settings such as which challenges you play and whether you opt in to SMS notifications.

We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.

How we use your information

  • To create and maintain your account and keep you signed in;
  • To run events — registration, scoring, leaderboards, and brackets;
  • To send you notifications about your events and matches, where enabled;
  • To keep the Service secure and to enforce our Terms of Service.

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in, we may send event and match notifications by text message. You can turn SMS off at any time in your account settings. Message and data rates may apply.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. Your username, scores, and standings are visible to other participants and organizers as part of normal event play. We may share information with service providers who host or operate the Service on our behalf, and when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our players.

Data retention

We keep your account and gameplay information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and maintain historical standings. You can ask us to delete your account, subject to any records we must keep by law.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including hashing passwords and serving the site over encrypted connections. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices & rights

You can view and update your profile, change your notification settings, or change your password from your account page. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To make a request, contact us at sixfeats@gmail.com.

Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for general audiences. Where minors participate, they should do so with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for their account and information. If you believe a child has provided information without appropriate consent, contact us and we will address it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do.
